Paid $140 to have my dishwasher fixed on the same day. Still doesnt work. Have had to pay another $120 to get it fixed. Rang 3 x and no response and once he hung up on me. Im a single Mum on the DPB and that is my food money for this week. Thanks mate, I hope you can sleep at night because in the next world you won't be getting much sleep.....
BUT THE COPS HAVE BEEN CALLED AND WILL BE CHARGING HIM WITH STEALING NOW IVE LOCATED HIS PHYSICAL ADDRESS AFTER HES MOVED SO MANY TIMES....

Chris says: "Absolutely dreadful. Responded after three days, came to repair an oven. He preceded to "bypass the timer / clock" and shorted the wires while doing the repair!!! A big arc across the fusebox and then said "you need an electrician, something is wrong, I will get some fusewire and come back in a few minutes". - NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!

Michele says: "This guy came to fix our dishwasher and took it away for 3-4 days and then after assuring us that was the end of the problem and taking $384 went off.That was about 2 weeks ago and our dishwasher never worked properly since then,finishing off with leaking all over my kitchen floor.I think the thing that rankles the most is him not getting in touch after us leaving copious messages on his damned mobile answerphone,on the rare occasion my husband talked to him he was always "going to come at 4pm tomorrow" or "stuck in traffic".Someone with whom I will never trust or deal with again. "

Jackie says: "I contacted Neil to fix my Samsung fridge/freezer. He arrived promptly for the first visit . After 3 wks, 3 visits and follow up calls and texts from myself, my fridge/freezer was still not working.
I got a referral from Peter at Lincoln Electrical to Tony who has looked at my fridge/freezer. Ive discovered that Neil has disconnected the thermostat in the freezer by cutting the wires and did not pick up that the heater in the freezer was not working. I would not recommend Neils services at all."

Joe says: "All I can say is DO NOT USE this company. Yes they eventually fixed my washing machine but only after 7 weeks of promising to drop it off and never turning up. It appears as if I am one of the lucky ones considering I actually got my appliance back. Hopeless and frustrating to deal with. Highly NOT recommended. "

Marty says: "I would never use these guys again. My washing machine is not fixed yet i have paid $300.00 for a wahing machine that was meant to be fixed. Very dodgy outfit. I STRONGLY recommend that you dont use this company as i did not get what i paid for, and i am considering taking this to the ombudsman. Also the one and only positve feed back on this site coincidently has the same name as the person that awnsers the phone when you make your first booking with them. So i doubt that this feedback is auctualy genuine."

Anntoinette says: "I would recommend NO ONE USE HIM. He came in to look at my dishwasher, charged me $85 callout to tell me he needed to take it back with him to test, promising to call me the next day. Well I had to call him. He said the hinges were bent but could not yet find a fault, would like to keep in another day to test. We then found a leak coming through our ceiling & found out that he never sealed the area under the sink where he took out the dishwasher, so I called him, Surprise suprise again only his voice mail. Left him a message & not yet heard from him since. He is messing with the wrong lady, I will make sure he loses his licence, gets arrested for Fraud & never able to do this to anyone else. "
