"You should work on your staff communication skills and tell the truth to customers - Disappointed and wasted my time waiting for the technician to come over- lots of drama and promises - waiting for 2 hours and at the end calling me while i was disappointed HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAY YOUR BILL ? "I had used Tulips a couple of years ago and been very pleased with them, They cleaned the carpet while I was abroad .They rang the house sitter ,at the time agreed ,and set an appointment .Did a great job and now booked to do some upholstery . They always contact me after the job is completed to ensure I am happy with the finish. Highly recommend "
"The guys arrived on time, looked at my, admittedly bad condition, carpet and told me exactly what I could expect from their services. I accepted some staining would not be removed but basically wanted things freshened up. They vacuumed first, then proceeded to clean, moving any large furniture I had not been able to move on my own. The job was done in a couple of hours, they helped me put the heavy stuff back in position, ensuring plastic was under any metal legs, charged exactly what was… quoted and left. The house looks and smells better. I will use you again and will recommend your services. Well done."

"0800tulips, we recently used them to clean our carpet. My son spilt a drink on our carpet. I contacted several companies for advice. The people I did get through to weren't interested. Tulips were very helpful & knowledgeable. They guided me over the phone about what to do to minimise the damage. The stain has completely gone after their wonderful service.
