Nym says: "Rob was recommended to us by a friend when we suspected we had a problem with a virus on our PCs. It turned out to be a relatively simple problem to solve but Rob was happy to talk us quickly through what to do over the phone (without charging us which was a suprise).
In the end we asked Rob to take a look himself as we wanted to be sure we had managed to final rid ourselves of the pest. Rob was prompt , helpfull and quick to sort our few PCs out (apparently when we did it ourselves we weren't doing all at the same time so we just passed the virus back again).
In any case Rob (and I guess the other staff at Action Online although I haven't had any personal dealings with them) seemed genuinely helpfull, trustworthy and most imporatantly for us interested in listening to our ramblings about our problem, despite there being very little in it for him from charges.
Having said that based on that good experience I've used him since for some more substantial work and been pleased with the results.
