Wayne says: "I needed to renovate my bathroom because of a rotten floor due to water leaking through the tiled shower.
Andy offered the lowest price to fix the bathroom and because of the good comments on this site I decided to accept hid quotation.
Andy replaced rotten joists and studs as required and put in a new floor.
He tappered the new joists in the shower area to allow for a fall to the waste so that when the vinyl was layed the shower water would track to the waste.
Andy demonstrated excellent workmanship and skills relating to this job.
He removed prior and replaced after the vinyl was layed the toilet, hand basin and shower fittings saving the cost of getting the plumber to do this work.
I could not be more pleased with Andy's end result and have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing a builder."

With no challenge to big for him to solve Andy has completed our renovation on time; within budget; and with a can do ability and skill he was able to adapt to meet the challenges our old old villa presented. He was able to source origional kauri flooring timber to match existing flooring and coordinate a series of other tradesmen to complete their work.
