  "Rung Auckland Plumbing and Gas just after 9am this morning to see if they could fix a pipe that was leaking inside my wall. Ken arrived within the hour - drove from the North Shore to my place in Mt Wellington. Job was all over and done with by 10.30am. Excellent service and I highly recommend. I will be using their services again."

  "Have used this company before and went back to them when I had another issue; this time a waste disposal repair, they arrived the day after my initial (after-hours) phonecall, had the unit diagnosed and replaced inside of a couple of hours. Very very impressed and a very reasonable price. "

  "Ken was absolutely so impressive - came out on an after hours call, the issue was with the air con in the end not a plumbing issue but he never commented once on the late hour, went up the ceiling and took his time and reviewed the situation and gave me a list of the issues to go through with the air con company (he used to work in the air con business as well) and turned on the water for me. He also only charged me very reasonable call out fee which was also a plus. He was just so lovely and… knowledgeable and I would definitely use him again without hesitation - brilliant service."

  "Had a dishwasher problem show up on a Sunday night; called Monday morning, Ken arrived inside of three hours. Ordered the parts, he arrived Wednesday to fit, discovered he'd been shipped the wrong parts, dishwasher was fixed on Friday morning at an extremely reasonable price. Very happy with the service. "

  "I phoned Ken yesterday afternoon and he arrived promptly at 9.30 this morning as agreed. It was a pleasure to actually see him turn up as I have tried two other plumbers and they did not even give me the courtesy of returning my calls and messages. I would definately use Ken again, he did a fantastic job with all the problems we had and even drove back to the North Shore for a part as he could not get it in Blockhouse Bay.   "I found that the service that Ken provided was of the highest quality. He was on time, he kept me informed during the whole process and he was a fantastic guy to deal with. His charge for the job was definitely fair and reasonable.
