"On Friday 20th July 2012 Chris waterblasted our brick pathways- which significantly cover\'s a large area around our home. I was absolutely delighted with the service he provided, it was to the highest professsional standard, and I could not fault the flawless cleaning of the bricks. I will most definitely be recommending Best Property Services to my friends, family and colleagues. I sincerely intend to book again to have the windows and carpets in my home cleaned. Best Property Services… were prompt to respond to my request for a quote, which was accepted and was very reasonable and fair compared to other quotes I had obtained. I found that communication through e-mails was excellent and enquiries were responded to within a day, and I was kept up to date with times and dates for the service to be provided. Thank you very much Chris."

"Chris provided us with a very competitive quote. In hindsight we would properly have liked a bit more explanation between inside and outside jobs. However, Nothing to fault Chris or Best Property. As the work was scheduled in a week where there was a lot going on Chris gave us the number to the actual guy who was doing the work and we agreed a time between us.
As a nice feature the man sent us a txt the night before letting us know that the work was scheduled the following day and what time he… would be there and true to txt he was right on time. Very friendly and efficient. Also very knowledgeable and explaining everything to us."

"Chris came to have a look at the house and came back with a quote that was very competitive. We agreed a date and the man showed up almost on the dot. Connected everything up and began his work.
All done very quickly and house now looking better than we expected.

"I organised for my ceilings to be cleaned, and Barrie was able to come the following day. They had very prompt communication, clearly explained what they would do and the results I could expect, and then set about exceeding those expectations. Would recommend and use again. Thanks."

"Highly reccomend the service of Best Property Services. I phoned Chris to organise carpet cleaning for a house we were moving out of and got a quote over the phone as well i gave a date & time needed to be done. They were ontime and they gave a friendly professional service & the carpet result was fantastic.
Will reccomend them to anyone to get aThorough job done!
