I have 12 years experience as a builder in the residential field with a focus around renovations & restorations. My aim is to complete a a job to a high standard & stand by all my work - With the finished work being seamless, so that the work completed looks authentic. Majority of the work I have undertaken has been in the premium renovation/restoration end of the market but I welcome any renovation job. I have been described as a honest, hard-working, conscientious and I take pride in all my work. |

Matiu says: "I asked Steve to replace a soffit that had been water damaged due to a basic design fault on a corner roof section of our house. He did a good job on the repair and of pointing out the design issue that would need to be put right in order to avoid the problem repeating itself over time. I would give them a 9/10 as my only preference would have been for the builder to have extended on the original estimate and repaired the design fault there and then. Instead he recommended I get a plumber or a roofer in to fix it. When I got the plumber in he said that it was an issue the builder could have just fixed up himself and charged extra accordingly. That would have saved us some time and energy. Overall though a good job done in a good time frame and a fair price charged."

Andrew And Sandi says: "A late start to the job which Steve had informed us about due to unfortunate circumstances, however... it wasn't a major for us. Steve and his offsider didn't muck around when it came to getting the job done. They had it completed in a whole day which we weren't expecting. They did a great job too and keeping to what was asked of them. We would highly recommend Brooking bothers to anyone that are after reliability, quality and a good price. We have some other projects in mind coming up in the near future and there will be no hesitation on who we will be calling. Their feedback says it all!!! Cheers Steve!
