  "Wonderfully careful tradesperson. Does beautiful work and really treats the job like it\'s being done in his own home. Bathroom looks smashing ! Added bonus of having cabinetry skills and some plumbing skills makes him an invaluable tradesperson. It did take quite a while to get him to start and the job did take a while to complete but there was a lot to do and he is a perfectionist - good things come to those that wait. Well recommended"

  "We used Kelly to carry out a full bathroom and toilet room renovation late in 2008. The bathroom still looks brand new 20 months later! Kelly has the attention to detail and craftsmanship that is rare today. His tiling work and cabinetry craft are exceptional. We had some frustrations around completion dates and having the handcrafted vanity completed in a timely fashion, but these are to be expected on such a project. Kelly was accommodating when there were some floor and water piping issues,… and supported our decisions to use the best products. His building skills were top notch too! Would suggest he work more closely with other contractors but I imagine now he has settled in locally he has great relationships with other trades now established - the no cowboys electrician we got Stamatios, was a gem too! Kelly also needed to get his supplies sorted a bit better! (but again I imagine this has been sorted by now). Overall you couldn\'t have a nicer guy to trust in your house either. Picky clients, very happy with the result."

  "I recently had my upstairs balcony tiled by Kelly. Even though the work got delayed by a couple of weeks due to bad weather, Kelly made every effort to finish it as soon as possible. He did an excellent job with the tiling and we are very pleased with the end result. He also did an amazing job of waterproofing the balcony which hadn't been done properly by the original builders, as well as arranging for a builder to replace the rotting timber underneath (which was also done very professionally… and promptly). I will gladly hire him for future tiling work around my place.Tradesman like him are a rare find these days I have no hesitation in recommending him."

What can we say?, Kelly is an absolute master craftsman. His eye for detail and his continual drive for perfection is unbelievable. We didn't think that there were tradesmen like him around any more - a dying breed!!!   Kelly is multi skilled from painting and tiling to designing and making furniture.

  "Kelly came highly reccomended and I am pleased to say he did absolutely awesome job from the initial quote to the end product and follow up. I was very concerned about the quality of finish and Kelly means what he says "I treat every job as if it was my own" . Our job was a difficult repair requiring expertise to complete, Kelly kept us in the loop the entire time and the work and workmanship is a tribute to him. The great thing about kelly is that he is not just a tiler he is… multi skilled so was able to deal with other issues that arose as the job prgressed without the need for other contractors. Kelly responded promptly to our initial enquiry and, in addition, was able to visit 'out of hours' to give us a quote - something we very much appreciated due to our working hours. Kelly's work ethic is outstanding. He kept us up to date on likely start dates and once the work commenced, updated us at each stage of the project. We discovered a cracked cement sub-floor once the old… tiles were lifted and Kelly worked closely with us to find the best solution to ensure a perfect finish. And perfect it is. We are so pleased with the final result that we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kelly to anyone needing a tiler.   "Kelly tiled all four walls of our bathroom (floor to ceiling). He did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the way it looks. As we have an old bungalow, none of the walls are square, but in spite of this the tiling lines are perfectly straight. He was methodical and careful and the finishing was great too, with the grout and silicone being expertly applied. I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend Kelly\'s tiling to anyone.   "Kelly removed the old walkway in our garden, and replaced it with a new one. The end result is a perfectly level new path that enhances our garden beautifully.

  Kelly is fastidious in his work, and good enough for me as his customer was not good enough for him. It had to be perfect so he can take pride in the finished project.

  Most unusual in this rather slap dash world these days, and refreshing to find in a tradesman.

  "I contacted Kelly after reading good reviews on the No Cowboys website and can now add my own very positive experience to what, no doubt, will be an ever growing list. My advice to people contemplating hiring a tiler is to hire Kelly NOW.

  I needed some replacement tiling done in front of my coal range. Not a straightforward job: it required a little bit of carpentry and tidying up of the existing base, both of which were done in a professional manner. Kelly was helpful in recommending and… sourcing tiles on my behalf. He was prompt, reliable, always tidied up before leaving, and it was a pleasure to have him in my house,
  
  The finished job exceeded my initial expectations and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Kelly for any tiling work. I know that he has many other skills and will definitely keep him in mind for any renovation projects that I plan in the future. He is that rare breed - a true craftsman."

  "Kelly laid all the cement board with the appropriate adhesives, before tiling my hearth and finishing it with an ornate stone pebble edge/border. It looks absolutely stunning! Since then I have had him repair wooden architraves, skirtings and windows, everything that he turns his hand to looks like new. His furniture is beautiful, with the highest attention to detail.   "I struggled to find a tiler who was willing to do a small job but Kelly came round and gave me an estimate of time and cost as well as showing me photos of work he had all ready done. He talked through what I wanted to do and offered suggestions. The result is great and I\'m very happy with my bathroom.
