    "I'm not sure what the person previous to this post is talking about. I have never experienced such manner from this company and I use the service frequently. Maybe the passenger complaining had misunderstood something and didn't bother communicating themselves properly ?? I rate this company higher than any other service provider in the area. I know they are quality and real value for money. Their moto is "we go the extra mile" and they certainly do ..."

    "The representative threatened a caller when cancelling a service and lied about the details of the service. Subsequently the business continued to lie about the booking process, made misleading statements about their website and made no apology for making threats. I would be concerned about the honesty of this company and safety of people using this service."
