    "We ordered a Fujitsu Heat Pump in August 2015.
    We were told that the model we chose was out of stock until November so it
    a nice surprise to have it fitted in the September.
    The installers were on time, professional, and their workmanship was neat and tidy.

    "Harley Coulshed contracts to SkyTV which is his primary job. CSR is his secondary business/job. On two occasions in the last 2 years I have requested his services for work through CSR only to be lied to about his availability. Initially said he would be there within a couple of days which then became end of the week and then end of the next week. To make matters worse I had to contact him when he failed to respond - only to be told that he had a big wiring job for Sky and he wasn/t doing much… private work at present. All this after two weeks of messing me around!

    If Harley Coulshed and CSR was a successful business enterprise then he wouldn\'t be working for Sky. The only attributes I saw from Harley Coulshed was dishonesty, gross unreliability and a total lack of empathy for his customer(s) which causes me to seriously doubt his work professionalism and competence.

    I\'m not even sure if CSR is a genuine business = best to avoid this amateur and his bull**** and get a registered pro that knows how to treat and take care of his customers with respect and results. .    "
