    "We had a 'Technican' come to our home on behalf of Dell. Technician called ahead and arrived on time. However, showed lack of respect for our possessions by scratching all 3 system start up CDs by opening them with a screw driver. Showed lack of professional problem solving skills by taking 4 hours to install a laptop hard drive and install a new operating system, knowing it could have been done well within an hour.

    The technician brought the incorrect replacement parts. Also left the laptop… with inability to use the wireless functionality. Unbelievable!

    We feel we are worse off than when we started.    "
