    "We contacted Mr. fix it South Auckland to replace our property's fence and gate, cement the driveway, water blast the exterior, weed out the garden, put weed mats and bark in place and paint the exterior steps. Their quote was the most reasonable among all the other tradies, turned up on time and finished the agreed work on time and to quote.However, shortly after they finished working we started to see the areas they missed painting, the weedmats were not properly secured that the weedmats… were flying and even worse the gate has twisted out of shape. The travelling wheel was incorrectly positioned and the hinges' screws were too short for the weight. I had to fix it in less than a year from being finished. We then contacted them to fix or replace the window sill that had water damaged from not being sealed properly when the house was already built. They came and put a square dowel ( 15mmX15mm) piece of wood for which they charged $110 +GST . The whole job took about 5 minutes and they refused to seal it unless they paint it for which they wanted to charge us $210. We are disappointed and feel like we've been taken for ride although we did not know it at the time!! We are now questioning quotes they've given us for other jobs that we were still considering."

    "We used the Eastern Bays franchise of Fix It building and we're very happy with the work so far. Work has been of a high standard, price very reasonable and communication is fantastic which is very important. Highly recommended. "
