  "We cannot say anything negative about these guys at all. After the initial phonecall to Paull, he visited our recently bought property and reviewed the current security (which was rather lacking at the time) and provided us with a very reasonable quote to secure all vulnerable doors and windows which was carried out as soon as we gave the word.

  I asked about alarm systems, and was immediately put in contact with Murray from Cole Security, who immediately arranged a reasonable quote and… provided an extremely professional alarm installation (fully wired, whereas 2 other companies told us we would need wireless in certain rooms).
  
  Even after throwing Paull about 6 extra random jobs (via text, email, and in person), he was still happy to turn up and get on with it with a smile on his face, which was refreshing. I think Paull ended up making about 5 visits in the end!

  "I contacted 4 other locksmiths for onsite security checks and recommendations, and Gatehouse by far exceeded my expectations. Paull was thorough when he checked every door, window and entrance and didn\'t oversell me into security we didn\'t need. Very friendly, honest and we felt he was the most trustworthy in his assessment of our needs. Reliability and timeliness was excellent, as was his communication from start to end. When we sat down and compared his quotes carefully we discovered that… not only was the overall amount less expensive than other quotes, but we were getting more value for money and better security options too. Very happy with the end result as all obstacles bought up by other locksmiths were not a problem for Paull and was easily resolved without drama. Highly recommend and a worthy number to save on your phone...in case you get locked out of your house by your toddler!"

  "If you want a top job from professionals then call Gatehouse. My phone call was answered by a person not an answerphone. Paull booked in my job (actually offered to at my place that afternoon) for the following morning. Right on time Travis arrived. My locks were changed, oiled and tightened in a flash. Both Travis and Paull were very polite, professional and pleasant to deal with...there are a few tradesmen out there who could take some lessons from these two.

  "Paul was the only locksmith who's actual quote was based on inspecting the work first. He highlighted the options available and presented me with a written quote. As it happens the quote was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. He was chosen due to the service he provided just giving a quote.

  He quoted 1/2 day notice to get the job done and was true to his word. He promised he would phone before he left the preceding job to ensure that I'd be available to let him in and he did so. He… turned up a few minutes early and completed the job to a very high standard. In fact he was unhappy with the fitting of the door so fine tuned the job until it was the best that could be achieved. The fact that he wasn't a miserable so an so probably helped too.
  
  The communication through out was fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending this guys work.
  
  Overall : Excellent !"

  "Great to deal with right from the phone call, We had the Owner (Paull) come out himself and turned up (at very short notice & at the end of the day, 5.40pm) as promised and went well out of his way to make sure that we were secured that night! He repaired our door after someone had forced entry and fitted new locks. We would highly recommend Paull & Gatehouse Locksmiths to anyone.
