Paull booked in my job (actually offered to at my place that afternoon) for the following morning. Right on time Travis arrived. My locks were changed, oiled and tightened in a flash. Both Travis and Paull were very polite, professional and pleasant to deal with...there are a few tradesmen out there who could take some lessons from these two.

Preet says: "Paul was the only locksmith who's actual quote was based on inspecting the work first. He highlighted the options available and presented me with a written quote. As it happens the quote was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. He was chosen due to the service he provided just giving a quote.
He quoted 1/2 day notice to get the job done and was true to his word. He promised he would phone before he left the preceding job to ensure that I'd be available to let him in and he did so. He turned up a few minutes early and completed the job to a very high standard. In fact he was unhappy with the fitting of the door so fine tuned the job until it was the best that could be achieved. The fact that he wasn't a miserable so an so probably helped too.
The communication through out was fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending this guys work.
Overall : Excellent !"
