    "Don removed the 70s archway in the house. He turned up to quote on time and when he got the job, was punctual and always left the house spotless each day. We had an issue with the first beam that was delivered because it was too short however Don kept me updated so the few days delay was not a surprise nor a problem. Very reliable."
