Rachel says: "Came within hours of calling to fix problems with hot water cylinder, wasn't resolved on the first visit, but did send back someone to fix. Would have been good to have had follow up on the outcome as this was a rental property. Overall really good to deal with, friendly and very professional. I would use them again and recommend.
