    "Spent $8,000 on one of their hot water heat pumps, less than 5 years later the whole heat exchanger cracks - faulty part they just stuck some glue on and charged us for it - thought they would look after us - should have got a Mitsibishi - cheaper and would have lasted longer - stay away"
