    "We are very impressed with jack who came within 5 mins upon receiving my call yesterday only to find out our hot water cylinder\'s switch had no power. He left after advising us to get an electrician. We got the electrician who fixed the blown fuse and was told the element is faulty and though electrician could fix it he did not know how to drain the water. So we quickly contacted jack the plumber a second time and he came on the dot punctually and got our problem fixed at the agreed price even… though he had gone over about half an hour. We paid him and also presented a floral arrangement as our gratitude to his good work at our house. Highly recommended."
