    "This company was a serious disappointment. They took several months after agreeing to the work to book in a date. They then concreted up to our house (wooden boards) where water now pools daily. They are 'too busy' to fix the damage they have caused and so we have had to search for concrete cutters to come and cut in a drain. The communication was consistently poor, often days & weeks to respond to emails and they have not formally apologised for the damage they have caused to our… property and the time we have had to spend in chasing them up and now in employing new contractors to fix the damage. Please avoid this company."

    "I was looking for a drainage contractor to help my Sister with runoff from adjoining properties. Andrew came and looked at the situation advised on a solution and we received a very favourable quotation. The job was completed as they had suggested very satisfactorily and the site cleaned up thoroughly. I would have to highly reccommend this firm for any drainage problem that people might have.     "This was a tricky job with a very grumpy drainage inspector and the guys did well to get the inspection passed. They responded promptly, quoted competitively and provided everythihg that they said they would, but were not so good on following up on a few small bits after the job was done."
