Louis says: "He gave a quote over the phone including best and worse case scenarios. He met me at the house at exactly the time he said he would be there. We didn't need the worse case option so it all ended up costing me less than I thought. It all works really well, he even taught me how to use the tv and dvd player better. He wasn't much more than the other quote I got but the whole job was easy, quick and I can call him again whenever I want if I have a question, so he is definitely value for money."
