    "Not entirely sure what comment above is on about, but my wife and I seem to have had the completely OPPOSITE experience as to that described! We rung the 0800 OUTERLIFE number on a Wednesday night, had the owner (Aaron) there at our property the following day, and then he had hand delivered a well made out quote by the weekend - first time I have ever had that sort of service from a contractor! The pricing was right in the middle of the other quotes we had received and we went with OuterLife.… The job was completed perfectly on time, and done to the quality we were hoping for. Communication was paramount for us (I am in marketing myself) and Aaron kept us up to speed every step of the way....very very happy and have no problem recommending this company."

    "We hired Outerlife to do some design and planting in 2007. Aaron, the person they sent, was not at all professional. He didn't return our calls, didn't want to listen to what we wanted (he called me "demanding"), and ended up just showing up one morning --much to our surprise-- with a truck full of plants. He then said he couldn't plant them because the ground was too wet; we felt that as the landscaper, he should have been familiar with the area he was planting --that's why we hired… someone! We ended up paying him for the plants but not the service. Two years later, we still don't know what some of those plants are, and I have been hesitant to try to hire someone again due to this experience. I suspect that Aaron was simply a laborer that Outerlife tried to pass off as a landscaper. We never had any follow-up about the problems we had or why we didn't pay for service. I do not recommend this company at all."
