"Trevor and his Dad Paul , came and gave me a quote in June, which was a realistic rate and then undertook the whole job. They knew of, and dealt with, excellent subcontractors to effeciently complete a very difficult situation with multiple leakages in both my bathroom and kitchen (none of which the insurance compay would pay out on as the house had been tenanted.They were fast workers but the jobs were done properly, and they always cleaned up after themselves each night. They were cheerful… and knowledgable and the problems they uncovered when wall linings were removed were dealt with swiftly, so as not to inconvenience me. The drainage work needed was dealt with ,often with them doing digging alongside the subcontractor, all work done was supervised and had to pass their high expectations of excellence.
For a woman on her own, who has been stung by "cowboys" in the past,it gave me peace of mind to have someone knowledgable, pleasant and ,as their motto states on their business card,-" it's only a problem if it cant be fixed." I can highly recommend them and will certainly used them confidently (if needed) in the future. Thanks guys for my lovely new bathroom and kitchen - you are stars!"
