    "I had made arrangements with Shaun to do the job 2-3 weeks earlier, thinking I\'d chase him up on the day as I have had to do with other tradesmen. This was not the case, he turned up on time and offered some excellent suggestions as to how we could improve the job. He organised other tradesmen and was extremely effective. They quality of work was top-notch and I would highly recommend Shaun as a fast efficient and excellent builder."

    "Shauns biggest problem is there\'s only one of him. My deck was 30sq metres and when Shaun said it was going to take approx 2 weeks.. as did a few 2 man teams that quoted I was aprehensive. 12 working days later including 3 french doors the building inspector was signing my consent and I was sunning on my deck. When he said he was going to be there... He was. The Building inspector rated Shaun\'s work highly. One of the easied Bills I ever paid. "

    "Shaun did an excellent job relining the ceiling of house under a really tight deadline so we could move in. He worked extremely well with the electrician (the house needed a complete rewire). Shaun also did some extra work to fix some leaks in the roof which he did really quickly for us. Really pleasant to deal with and communicates well."

    "Shaun and our landlord spent four days gutting and refitting our bathroom. It looks great. Shaun turned up on time each day and spent the days working so hard. They replaced the floor, walls and ceiling and everything in the bathroom. It did take a little longer than they anticipated, but Shaun let us know each step of the way what was happening, and recommended a great flooring place for the lino. He even put in the toilet (apparently the first for him).

    We thoroughly recommend S.H.Andrew… Builder to anybody. Thanks for a lovely bathroom!"

    "Shaun did an excellent job repairing a section of rotted floor in the bathroom of my rental property. It was a pleasure to deal with him, right from the first appraisal meeting. He turned up on time, came back to do the work when he said he would, communicated well throughout the process and ultimately did a fine job. Everything that you could hope for in a builder. Shaun also pointed out an issue with the plumbing which I was unaware of, and after consulting with me, he called in his plumber… to put it right. Shaun was great to deal with on every level and I will definately call him back in the future."

    "Shaun was the only builder that I felt comfortable with and could trust from when I first met him. No-one else stuck with us. The architect\'s plans weren\'t right, the engineer changed things, the project grew and Shaun took it all in his stride and never got grumpy at me. He kept the price well under control. Otherwise I agree with other people\'s comments. Also note he works with a designer; I would forget the architect next time and start straight with Shaun and his designer."

    "This is now my third project where I have used SH Andrew Builder (this time building a reception office). That says it all really - if I have now used Shaun three times. I deal with tradespeople and suppliers on a daily business in my business and the number of poor service outfits out weight the good ones. Shaun is definately worth hiring - he is freindly, knowledgable, tidy, competitively priced, extremely helpful and a darn competent builder. He takes pride in his worksmanship and does an… excellent job. When I get to the point of building a house from scratch, it will be Shaun that I will want to contract."

    "Wow!! What a brilliant builder. Shaun is the kind of builder you usually only hear about but can never find. His work is extremely high quality, he\'s always thinking of the best outcome for the client, knows the council building regs inside out and back to front (not just building but plumbing as well), he\'s an amazing project manager, is a really nice guy (salt of the earth type), cleans up after himself, works fantastically well with other tradies, has a brilliant offsider (Paul) and on top… of all of that he looks after the client like a dad looks out for their child - he doesn\'t want you to get ripped off or regret any building decisions. He\'s also a certified builder meaning that his work is of the highest quality and he\'s got years of experience. Shaun is my builder of choice now and I wouldn\'t even bother going anywhere else. You won\'t regret hiring SH Andrew Builder"

    "Shaun did a great job of replacing our front steps, hand rail and landing, he asked every time he found rotten timber if we wanted it repaired and removed all the rubish at end of the job leaving site clean and tidy. I have been in Joinery trade for 52 years and was unable to do job myself due to extreme shoulder damage and a replacement..He did a job as good or if not better than I could do in my prime..GO SHAUN "

    "Its fantastic to have the name of a builder we can call on and know we can trust he will do the job perfectly! Shaun turned up when he said he would, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The repairs to our bathroom (dreadfull water pipe leak) were done with care and finished to a high quality.

    We most definately will be calling on him again in the future .. lets just hope next time its not for a water leak :)"

    "Shaun was first to repond to the quote request out of 7 builders I contacted. His quote came in first and was also the most price competitive out of the 4 quotes I received. He was able to fit in my one day job (fitting second hand french doors) within a week of the go ahead. He turned up on time and showed a great deal of skill and knowledge in fitting them. He had most impressive attention to detail, was extremely tidy, worked very systematically and efficiently, was well presented and… cheerful to talk to. I liked how he completely cleaned up the site afterwards as part of the job - others would quote waste removal as an extra! I've had a business with tradepeople and I can spot a talented, conscious tradeperson when I see one - Shaun is just that and I recommend him 100% to anyone."

    "Shaun spent about a week working on my Transitional Villa in Mt Eden. He was motivated, on time, friendly and had a good hard work ethic. He suggested the best things to do in order to bring the house upto scratch for rental, sometimes even recommending not to do certian things which easily would have led to more work for himself. At all times he had the best interests of the end goal in mind. Totally reliable and trust worthy. Will use again. Cheers.
