  Simon says: "I will be making a claim through the Disputes Tribunal about the work undertaken by Service Afloat. I used Services Afloat to do a prepurchase check on a keeler and hired him to complete the work. I advise strongly that you do not use this business for prepurchase checks or any work that may impact on the structure of the boat. Nick Whall would have let me go into the water in a structurally compromised craft. This would have serious undermined the safety of all those on board. I do not want to do anything that will hamper the immediate claim. But I feel I must I write this to protect the lives of others. "

  George Yelchich says: "Came quoted for Osmosis on my Spencer. One week later boat was out of water and as Nick said 4 days would be enough time to repair small Osmosis problem and scrape on rudder re fibre glassed. On time and good job. Recommend any time."
