    "I required the services of this co on Easter Friday and I feel compelled to comment on the excellent service given by the technician Bex. She was extremely competant in dealing with our problem and with her very efficient and friendly manner she turned the disasterous start to our holiday in to the most stressfree and happy experience.     "The had my VW Polo in there for 6 weeks in total.
    3 days of that the car was at the panelbeaters.
    Apart from that the rest of the time it was at their workshop sitting there doing nothing.
    I argued constantly with staff about needing my car and why it was taking so long to get it fixed.
    Yes, it was an insurance job, but I was the one that had it towed to star service center.
    They refused to communicate with me. They acted as if it was normal for a job to take this long.
    When I… approached the office lady who turned out to be the owners wife, I was told I was being very pushy! Well no ****e sherlock.

    After having the car sitting there for many weeks of course I was pushy.. I wanted my damn car back.

    Luckily I figured out that the Insurance co had some clout and got them to push star service center or god knows how much longer my car would have sat there. Avoid these clowns like the plauge if you dont want to be with out your car for some cosiderable time.    "
