    "We did not have a choice of the Arborists used, as they were contracted out by Waitakere City Council. However the work Treescape performed was appalling, unprofessional and murderous to our trees.

    We returned home to find our most prised flowering cherry tree to have been completely cut down, sawn off at the trunk, meaning that there is almost zero possibility for regeneration. Whats more is that this tree was not even close to being in breech of the power lines, as was stated in the… letter we received from the council, and therefore we had no idea that it was even going to need trimming when they arrived.



    There was no consultation, no apology and not even the slightest hint of regret that perhaps these inept staff had made a mistake and removed the wrong tree.



    I would never in a million years contract treescape to do even the most simple of jobs. Use at your own risk, and be mindful that you may have a far less substantial garden when they are finished destroying it!    "
