    "The Vergola product seems good and looks good. Unfortunately we had a few small problems after installation - which were all fixed. Our major problem was with the local manager in Auckland who is very arrogant and would never apologise for any of the mistakes. In fact he blamed us or the materials. They also recommended installation of the louvres facing the wrong way and now we miss most of the winter sun. We could never recommend the local installer as he is not a nice person to deal with."
