Darren's team sorted it. Prompt, knowledgeable and so professional. And no more uninvited guests in the roof space! Darren is well informed of pest issues and recommends appropriate treatments at a reasonable cost. Has recommended reducing service levels on our commercial contract now the problems are under control rather than continuing to oversupply and charge for unnecessairly servicing. Have dealt with other service technicians over time and they have all been pleasant and well trained."

We have/had an ant problem, I called first and left a message, the person called me back promptly, listened to my problem, asked good questions, made some suggestions, explained things, recommended the bait treatment to start with, was up front and said it wasnt guaranteed. I called back a week later, he was able to fit me in the next business day, the guy turned up on time, gave me a good overview of what he would do, had a look at the "problem" area's talked me through the whole process what would happen, where the bait was going etc etc, very informative.
A1 service - and so far so good, we have seen lots of ants around the property so they are taking to the bait, early days yet, in another 4-6 weeks we should hopefully see a noticeable difference. But at this stage I'm very happy.
Would recommend Wellington Pest Control!
