We were building on a sloping site, and many well-known builders didnt want to know - they just want to plonk their slab base down on a flat site and do things the easy way. Abide have plenty of experience in sloping sites, which is how we came to talk to them.
Their only weakness is in the design side, where the customer really needs to drive the discussion of design options and… features - they tend to stick with what they have done before. This was our first new home, and in hindsite we would put more emphasis on things like ease of adding new wiring e.g. internet.

That said, we found Abide easy to deal with and would build with them again.
