    ""I was shown a thing or two about customer service today, Saturday, the day before Christmas, with the house full of family and lots to do prior to starting the real holidays A washing machine perfect yesterday, but not today, and washing galore. The Yellow pages full of appliance repairers, with answer phones full of messages advising away till when. The smallest entry after all the others had failed, All About Appliances. An answer, a real voice, some real advice, "Try this, now try… that, right the problem is most likely to be, my charges are, I can be there inside the hour." Shane was, keen, willing to help. Sorry, needs to go back to the shop, might be Wednesday, but will try to find time today. An hour later, "Hi, it will be back within half an hour all fixed, part replaced. Is that convenient?" The cost, all up, that which some were charging for a callout minimum fee. Shane, you are not only all about appliances, you are all about real customer service. Congratulations."
