    "These guys are fantastic. They've done the job quicker than anyone has quoted us, thus were very competetive. The access and proximity to my and neighbour's house was of concern at first, but Dennis knew what he was doing, and the tree is now gone, we and all the neighbours are happy. As part of the process we learnt that the tree was topped in the past and it presented a hazard, which further made us glad we got it done. We will get these guys back onsite when we need any further tree work on… our property. They don't always have time to respond to emails, so best to call them."

    I also bought the Grab One deal and had a great experience. Between booking my service and the day of job, their schedules changed, but once I phoned and explained that I had taken the morning off of work to receive them, they changed their plans and were at my house within 30 minutes.
    Dennis and his assistant were friendly and professional and got the job done within the time purchased in the deal.

    "Very happy with the work these guys did.
    They gave sound advice and reasoning for me to alter what I had in mind where it was appropriate.
    The worksmanship was good and they communicated well throughout the day, particularly as time started running short towards the end of the day.
    Their rate was very fair, including a travel surcharge as I lived a bit away from their "normal" working area.
    Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.    "

    "Very impressed with the service from Arboreal Tree Care. Unfortunately we had two trees come down on top of our garage in a storm and although the storm was widespread throughout Auckland, Trina responded to my message quickly and was able to come have a look at our problem soon after. Very reasonable quote and we decided to go ahead with the job, the guys were back to work on the problem within hours. A very professional, tidy job, if it wasn't for the bare spot where our two lovely trees… used to stand, you wouldn't even know they had been there!     "This was the second time I have used this company's services and I have been very impressed with their work on both occasions. The first time was for some general tidy up on a large section with a lot of mature trees. The finished result looked great and they left the section very tidy. The second time it was an urgent job with a large tree that had partially come down in a storm. They were able to juggle some other jobs to remove the tree which was looking quite dangerous and left the logs… in a neat and tidy position. Very pleasant to deal with and prompt communciation."

    "Arboreal Tree Care advertised a deal on one of the One-Day-Deal sites. Given our hit and miss experiences with some of the suppliers on these sites we checked NoCowboys and saw that Arboreal Tree Care had very good feedback. I was not disappointed. Dealing with Trina and Dennis was an absolute pleasure - they turned up on time to give me a quote and subsequently turned up as promised to cut our trees down. They did a fantastic job of trimming and cutting a number of trees down (including… stumping) - nothing seemed to be a problem. I will definitely use them again. They also cleaned up afterwards - it was very hard to tell that they had actually been in as it was so clean (i.e. no branches, leaves left behind). Thanks!"

I was so pleased I found them because out of the many arborists I spoke to, they stood out for their caring concern for the tree and for what my needs were. Most other companies seemed rather gung ho and advised me to get rid of it, whereas Arboreal Tree Care valued it as a beautiful specimen, well worth saving.     "We have about 8 trees that needs to be cut down. I asked for a quote for 1 tree first and got it for a reasonable price. Was very happy with their work - very professional, good communication, friendly and left the place immcaulately clean! Asked them again to cut the rest of the trees and will be done sometime this week. Will rate them again once they finish doing the job :-)"

    "We had two of our properties quoted, we thought we would try them out on one propety initially as the price was good and yes we were most impressed.

    Both parties involved did more then was expected, our neighbor had been ill and with the wood that was left over they cut up for her.

    The properties were both left tidy. The hours put in were well worth the money. But most importanly the communication was great, very friendy and workable poeple."

    "We had to have a big Liquid Amber removed. Dennis came to give us a quote the next day we rang and explained in details what had to be done. Email communications from Trina were prompt, friendly and accurate and their quote was far better than anyone else's.

    When we got home, the work had been done, with the mulch and firewood neatly left on the site.

    We highly recommend Arboreal Tree Care and would definitely ask them again for further work.
