    "We used this company for textured ceiling removal. The work was completed on time and the site was left clean after minor residue was removed prior to sealing the surface. The sealing process merely traps any remaining asbestos and will give an asbestos free reading via the air test method. However, when the plasterer does his work there is a risk to him of asbestos release during the sanding process. Do ensure you are happy that all the asbestos material has been removed before the latex seal… is applied.

    I recently request a quote for asbestos soffit lining and gable end removal. The quote was prompty provided. However, we did not take it up because it specifically excluded incidental and accidental damage. Making good such damage is part of renovation work and should be covered by Company's Liability Insurance cover. There was no mention of their cover for such events. Consumer advises property owners to have work covered by appropriate insurance.
