    "I am writing to warn people not to have anything to do with Mike Mitchell of Bargain Carpets. He is both unreliable and dishonest.
    He has owed us money for the balance on a deposit we made in good faith in April 2014. Now almost eighteen months have gone by and not one word from him. He never answers his phone so no point phoning etc
    We have been through a Tribunal hearing which found we were rightfully owed the money. Even the Baliff cant track him down. Yes there is a shop at 51… Latham St Napier with a few carpet and vinyl samples in the window.....that's it.

    He is one dodgy businessman.    "

    "A great service all round!

    I contacted Bargain Carpets as another carpet shop in town had let me down at the last minute. I visited the store within the hour and found the exact same product I had ordered elsewhere $32 a metre cheaper!!!! I spoke directly with the boss of the company (Michael) who rearranged his carpet guys and I had the carpet fitted the next morning, just in time for my son coming back from Uni.
    I have recommended Bargain Carpets to my friends and family, one who has had… a small repair done!"
