first did not turn up to my tennants then tired to tell me was not them I contacted, even though I knew it was them,
then got a ring from comapny that did their invoicing wanting to know why i have not paid, not having received the bill thats why, they had my email and physical address wrong,Once I had it emailed
I contact them immed. as the invoice did not list the work I asked to be done!!! also a call out fee of $75 for a normal business hr. call out when they only 10 minutes from the job. (They told me thats their fee and its normal) I asked to clarification of job done received it
they told me the Tap that I needed replaced did not need replacing,
so I went to house and checked sure enough the tap I had sent to house had been fitted, so they did not even know
what their plumber had done, asked for an invoice to show exactly what was done, they then placed the bill with debt collector.
i have never come across cowboys this bad,

Valera says: "Dean attempted to enlarge the mixer hole in plastic interior of a shower with 8-10mm drill bit. It wasn't drilling in, so he leaned onto the drill strongly with his weight and broke the plastic. Very unprofessional mistake, as he then used 2-3mm drill bit without problems. He then tried to blame it on the "old" shower to avoid responsibility. I e-mailed Bruce (the owner) and told about the damage, including a photograph, and said that I expect a remedy at their cost. I did not receive a reply.
It was agreed to halt the job due to New Year holidays, but I did not get a call in January and had to follow up twice. Large shower mixer surround was fitted at their cost to conceal the damage. Second part of the job was replacing a plumbing joint, and Dean left a tap unit rotating loosely against the pipe. I had to point it out on two occasions to get a remedy.
Final charge did not include damage remedy, but was on the expensive side in my opinion ($75 callout & $100/hour GST).
Very unpleasant experience. Will not deal with them again."

discuss the job and forget it, in the knowledge that it will be done as soon as possible, and in a proffessional manner. If there are issues, we are always consulted before the work proceeds. We are answerable to Landlords,so have to have permission to complete work at the most reasonable cost. We nver have to follow Bruce and the team up. The communication is always there up front. If need be Bruce will come into the office and explain finer details of a job, or if necessary justify price and if needed negotiate. We need this reliable relationship so that we may get on to more important things in the day"

Lisa says: "Had a blocked wastemaster/kitchen sink and a big mess to clean up late on a Friday night. Called BT at 8:30 am Saturday morning and they were there promptly. The job went without a hitch. Dean did a thorough job of testing the sink once he'd cleared the blockage and cleaned up afterwards.
It being a weekend job there was, understandably, a more expensive call out charge but these guys were still cheaper than the competition."
