discuss the job and forget it, in the knowledge that it will be done as soon as possible, and in a proffessional manner. If there are issues, we are always consulted before the work proceeds. We are answerable to Landlords,so have to have permission to complete work at the most reasonable cost. We nver have to follow Bruce and the team up. The communication is always there up front. If need be Bruce will come into the office and explain finer details of a job, or if necessary justify price and if needed negotiate. Lisa says: "Had a blocked wastemaster/kitchen sink and a big mess to clean up late on a Friday night. Called BT at 8:30 am Saturday morning and they were there promptly. The job went without a hitch. Dean did a thorough job of testing the sink once he'd cleared the blockage and cleaned up afterwards.
It being a weekend job there was, understandably, a more expensive call out charge but these guys were still cheaper than the competition."
