Sandi says: "Had bad water damage on new carpet by Ranchslider. Tenant did not tell me until it went rotten. Steve arrived, and within a very short time had replaced the whole piece. I was stunned, as I could not see where the joins were,(x3) and had been told that my carpet was one of the harder ones to disguise patching. He was proffesional,polite and amazing at his job. Will , and have already, use CARPET SURGEON again if ever needed. Cheers, guys."

Sheryl says: "We recently had some rennovations done to our house which meant moving some internal doors along a hallway, adding carpet in two cupboards with some off cuts and stretching the carpet where there had been some wooden panelling. Steve was extremely professional in his assessment and really put me at ease with his extensive knowledge and experience. Nothing was too much to ask. Cathy says: " Steve was 15 minutes late arriving but rang to say he was running late.
He did a carpet repair, prepared an area for vinyl and cleaned the carpet. I am wrapped with all the work he did and ended up with a better result because of his expert suggestions. I can't speak highly enough of Steve's professionalism and how brilliant the carpet looks. As for the repair, unless you know where to look and look real close you can't see it. Its brilliant and I show it off to all my visitors.
I will be using Carpet Surgeon again and recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs carpet work done professionally and at a reasonable price.

Our carpet was old and hadn't been cleaned in ages so it came up well after they came.
Our contact was Lorne and he was really good but the actual guy who came to clean the carpets (sorry i forgot your name!) was fantastic.
