    "The product applied by Central Waterproofing to our water retention tank was the wrong product. It failed causing our tank to fail. The membrane bubbled, the bandage came away from the wall. After promises to fix the issue, Mr Alarcon failed time and again to communicate and to turn up. The case eventually went to the Small Claims Tribunal and we were awarded remedy costs."
