"This company, past tense, is an absolute shambles. Brian Foord acts as a front man for a bunch of incompetent roofers, all the while giving the impression he is part of the team. The roofers are a danger to themselves and the occupants of the property and property itself. months after the job is complete I\'m still picking sharp cuts of metal out of the garden where our children play. We are lucky to still have a house in one piece as roofers refused to dispose of cigarette buts in the bin… provided and instead flicked them all over the property, at one stage burning a hole in our childrens trampoline. I now have several issues with the roof that need attending too but apparently the company has been liquidated. So much for his outstanding warranty! I understand Brian is attempting to start another company. Do not do business with this man!"

"This roofing company is to be avoided! The owner is not able to prove he was a licensed roofing contractor, and he is not registered on the Department of Building and Housing web site.The job was never finished and Mr Rowe was unable to organize the necessary materials in a tradesman like, competent manner. He gave endless promises and was unable to completed any part of the work on time. Eventually, after repeated warnings his contract was terminated. We are left with the problem of rectifying… his mess. The website he uses does not tell the truth. Brian Foord is not part of Concept Roofing. No credibility or integrity. Avoid this company."
"the roofing contract labourers let this company down,there lack of workmanship was easy to see. The quote and communication was very professional, shame the workers at the coal face were not. The remedial work was done quickly and to a good standard. Looks to me that more training and supervision is needed."
