Everything that they promised happened. My wife was provided with a car delivered to her work place. The car was repaired in a superb way and returned groomed and in perfect condition - and the Panel Beaters car taken back. My cost - NOTHING - except the Insurance Company excess!!!

They immediately organised a courtesy car with a panel beater that was close to home, then kept me constantly up to date via email with how the repair work was going etc. I always felt in the loop, and knew exactly when I could pick my car up again. I didn't have to deal with insurance agents, panelbeaters, etc. It was all done for me. I didn't have to take any time off work at all because everything was sorted. Great stuff.
