Although the work was done by the panelbeater, the communication from both them and Murray was great. I can see this being of great help to fleet managers that may have several cars off the road. I have never used a broker before but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crash Management for anyone needing an assurance that their repairs are being completed on time and to a high standard. "

They immediately organised a courtesy car with a panel beater that was close to home, then kept me constantly up to date via email with how the repair work was going etc. I always felt in the loop, and knew exactly when I could pick my car up again. I didn't have to deal with insurance agents, panelbeaters, etc. It was all done for me. I didn't have to take any time off work at all because everything was sorted. Great stuff. A thoroughly professional outfit, easy to talk to, and certainly made an unpleasant experience bearable. Thomas Teinakore"
