  "Quote mentioned CCTV but when the invoice came through it contained extra charge for the use of the CCTV camera. When challenged they said if I don't pay it goes to debt collection. Definitely not a happy camper. I will not use or recommend."

  "We were overcharged and there was very little communication for the duration of the work and after when I queried the cost breakdown. We were charged twice as much in labour costs than the job actually took. We were also billed for many additional items which were very dubious. Very expensive for what was done in the end. "

  "The operator sent to us was young and not a plumber or drain layer so initially didn't seem to know how gain access to the sewerge pipe finally he went in from the furtherest point and seemed to run out of time and effort and left us to dig the drain up in the wrong spot. This cost us another $ 500 to finally find and then clear the root blockage.
  The root cutter he used was not very effective on the root blockage the only thing that was worth the money was the location transmitter device… that was fitted to the the camera system, with that the transmitter we were able to locate the sewerage pipe and mark its location on the surface of the grass lawn, but it was still 3 meters way from the blockage."

  "Totally mucked us around. These guys had to send out 2 techs for the one simple job. I wouldn't recommend these guys. Real cowboys!"

  "The actual work was fine - my drain was cleared quickly and efficiently. The problem was that the phone quote I was given when I rang did not include GST. So an unpleasant surprise to find that the bill was $20+ more than expected! This is illegal - all quotes should include the GST component or you should be told they are GST exclusive. Bad business practice which sadly makes this company look like cowboys . So be cautious when dealing with the customer service people and make sure they… include the GST in the quote."

  "Fantastic service. These guys are the real deal. They actually have their own staff answer their phones after hours. They have all the equipment required for the job. Very efficient service due to the fact the have the required specialist vehicles for the job. True value for money and would recommend using this professional company. These guys are certainly not cowboys. Highly recommend if you want the job done properly and at a fixed price which by the way was the cheapest i could find. "
