    "I needed fairly major repairs to my Audi A3 on a recent visit to Auckland last weekend. I found Gary by Googling European car repairers and his was the only one with a cellphone number for after hours calls. At such short notice, he had my car ready to go within a couple of days. He couldn't have been more helpful and I was very impressed with not only the level of service but also the final bill which was very reasonable, I thought. No hesitation from me at all about recommending Gary to… anyone."

    "We took our car to European Car Services for an overheating problem three times and it is still not right! I've had enough. This last time he had it for a month but only charged me for three hours labour, so what's going on? All up it has cost me over a thousand dollars and it's still not fixed.

    "i took the car there for WOF and service and some fixes. very impressed with the outcome - the issue which the previous mechanic could not pick up and which was bugging me for some time was diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and fitted the next day. i was shown the faulty parts so there was no doubt they had to be replaced. as i had to leave the car overnight theyve given me a courtesy car which was really appreciated!

    another thing i liked was that they dont do WOF themselves - a car is taken… to another shop to do it and then all service and repairs are carried in-house. as WOF people and service people are fairly independent this sort of leaves less room for over-inflating potential issues in order to take on unnecessary work...
