  "I purchased a new home which needed 2 powerpoints and 2 telephone jacks installed. The guy who came, was ontime, however didnt come with any of the parts needed to do the job. He called back to his colleague to bring the parts required to do the job, an hour later he came with the parts needed. What I didnt realise was I was paying for this waiting time (The guy was having a smoke outside my house and i was paying him). In total to install 2 Powerpoints & 2 Telephone jacks 1 recessed… powerpoint behind the tv took 2 x Registered Electricians 6 hours each. So total of 12 hours. A bill of $1200 odd dollars including the parts. The job done was good quality. When I asked why it took 2 x Registered electricians to do the job I was told 1 had to pull through the cable! 6 hours to pull through the cable! Anyway, they done a good job. Just really ticked it cost me 1200 for what another quoted half. Wont use again for that reason alone."

  "I phoned and booked them to visit and they were scheduled for an afternoon visit. A member of their team became available earlier and they called to see if he could come straight over. He arrived in good time and done a good job. Would definitely use again. "

  "The work carried out by Faigray was for our brand new house.
  What they felt to do was to tell us that there would be an extra cost for the basic wiring job - over and above what was allowed for in our contract. They were happy to do additional pre-wiring, light fittings, etc (more money for them!) without even as much as a hint that there what was allowed for in our contract (through a building company) was not sufficient and that perhaps we should focus on that. Their initial invoices did… not mention that either. It was well after the completion of the house that out of nowhere we got the bill. If you deal with them be sure that all costs are disclosed."

  "Have used this company a number of times. Latest job involved creating a new weatherproof power point when we moved our pool pumping equipment to the other side of the garden. The work required was explained over the phone, and completed whilst I was out.

  The guys know their stuff, they had a much smarter way to route the wires than I had even thought possible, and the finished result is excellent."
