Kelli says: "Fergusson Gas and Plumbing are the best Plumbers we have used to date. They were always punctual, arrinving when they said they would. His paper work was impeccable, we knew exactly where we stood with a signed and agreed upon contract, rhe price was accurate and even his material costs were Idenified, absolutley no hidden costs or surprises, a first in all our years of building projects... (contracts or no contracts!). Neil also supplied us with comprehensive photos of existing pipe work under the building and then photos of his new pipe work . He then supplied us with plumbing and piping plans to keep in our building records. Brilliant. He even cleaned up after him...a very satisfied client. Value for money, he was very competitive in his pricing, we compared three quotes and he wasn't the cheapest but definately on the low side. In our experience the cheapest contractors have always ended up costing us far more than the most expensive ones and they think they are doing you a favour and the relationship sours very quickkly if you question them about their workmanship or costs.
