    "Being a business owner operator myself i have always based my actions and reactions in an ethical manner . I would expect no less from any other company or business.

    Unfortunately this is not the case with Gj Gardner and Neil Construction Ltd I feel that i have exhausted all avenues inclusive of reasonable legal activities in association with GJ Gardner and Neil Construction Ltd to date. I have come to this site to voice my opinion and to warn people in the manner in which GJ Gardner and… Neil Construction Ltd behave and the extreme actions they execute. GJ Gardner, Neil Construction Ltd methods of resolving a boundary dispute in Annadale Park Pyes Pa, Tauranga is simply to trespass, intimidate, chainsaw my brand new fence down, theft, bully tactics damage my vehicles assault me, all of this while im recovering from two operations.Turns out my boundary line runs through my brand new deck which is attached to my brand new house. I agree with the removal of the sales representative (Boy Friday, Bruce Mathews) who deceitfully sold me the house and land package, but is not at all and never has been a registered real-estate agent.. Last i herd the Real Estate Authority were investigating his activities. No wounder Neil Construction Ltd and GJ Gardner turned down my original offer of purchase when i tried to placed the condition of constructing a boundary fence as it is adjacent to one of there last underdeveloped sections. My brand new dream house should be painted bright yellow as it reflects the sour taste left in my mouth. BUYERS BE AWARE OF GJ Gardner and NEIL Construction Ltd DECEITFUL AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR HOME BUYERS!!! IT COULD START LEAKING FOR ALL I KNOW, i wish id never dealt with these unprofessional monkeys and my advise to buyers out there is to steer well clear of these monkeys. They haven\'t even honored the sales agreement. Do some research on the web and you will quickly learn to avoid Neil Construction Ltd and there trained seals GJ Gardner SHAME ON YOU GJ GARDNER !!!"

    "I approached GJ Gardner homes two years ago to build on an awkward site here in Tauranga.
    From day one - the salesman Wayne, excellent communications and customer service.
    The build eventialy started late last year, and i was kept in the loop every week of the build. Nothing was any problem. The Craftsmen they have at GJ's were excellent in both work ethics and customer service.

    We are now in our dream home, Thank you GJ for helping us live the dream"
