    "I had a shower door installed by Global Glass late 2013. Pretty good but my bath was damaged when a tool was dropped. I asked if the door could be taken off and re-installed in future because this was likely due to a bathroom problem and was told it could. When this became necessary in April 2015 I attempted to contact Global Glass. This was very difficult but eventually I was told this would be done. It wasn\'t. My friendly builder removed the door for me (and inadvertently damaged the… wall behind). Subsequent to this it was ENTIRELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT GLOBALGLASS OR TO GET ANYONE TO RETURN MY CALLS! I WAS FORCED TO REPLACE MY SHOWER DOOR WITH A BRAND NEW EUROGLASS DOOR (WHO WERE FANTASTIC!)"
