Rich says: "This is the second time that I have used IES and once again they exceeded my expectations. I just built a new garage that needed to be alarmed and hooked up to my main house alarm. Gabriel and Leo gave me a competitive quote for this work which was (as usual) detailed and exactly what I needed. The job was tricky due to a number of reasons, but Gabirel had a solution for each problem and worked hard to get it right. I even ended up with a few extras (heat sensor and professional grade motion sensor) free of charge which was much appreciated. Its a pleasure dealing with IES and I continue to highly recommend them for all you security needs. "

I sought several quotes for the job and was impressed by the detailed and professional proposal which was sent to me the same day as the site visit. During the site visit Leo quickly established exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful in designing a system that met our needs. The price quoted was competitive so it was no brained to go with AF. I am certainly glad that I did because AF delivered exactly what they said they would on budget. They commenced the job immediately and were great to deal with during the install. I was particularly impressed with one of the technicians, Patrick, who spent a considerable amount of time teaching me how to use the system and answering all my questions. The install job was top quality and AF really went the extra mile getting everything right including re-wiring my phone lines so that my ADSL worked optimally. I highly recommend this company for your residential security needs. Definitely one of the best trade companies I have every had to engage. "

The Technician did an excellent job of the install ensuring that everything was as discussed during the initial consultation, while also offering up other options based on his experience and feel for the house.
