  "Initially it took Koolmakers nearly 3 months to call me back after me calling them twice for a quote to install an existing unit.
  Deon was very friendly and informed me well of what would need to happen and when, good communication at this point and gave quote on the spot.
  On the day they turned up pretty much on time but then realized they were missing something they needed and arranged to come back which was fine.
  However at this point things just went wrong one thing after another.
  first… they did not come back when they said and did not keep in touch with me. I told them i could only be at the house until a certain time and they turned up as I was leaving and my husband was arriving home, whom new nothing of the discussions about what was going to happen with the install which I had had with Deon.
  
  I got home to find the unit installed and at first glance it looked great however, I discovered that in the process of the install the employee had cut up wood from my back yard that I was using for something else, broken some small terracotta pots and then hid them under a gardening bench and the power switch was not installed where I had discussed with Deon. I also now consider the cost of the installation very high considering the time it took and the fact that we supplied all the parts except for one.
  
  Deon did come over to inspect the job and listen to my complaints. He did get the mess sorted out with the platform that the external unit was sitting on but as you can tell I still hold a residual grudge and don't feel that any compensation was made to satisfy my disappointment in the job or the fact that I still had to pay to replace the wood the installer used.
  
  I would not recommend them but that's not to say other people have not had good experiences."

  "We do apologise for the inconvenience experienced, the mistake we made was using this particular subcontractor for this job. That was the first and last time we used them. "
