    "I got a quote to re-roof house etc. I accepted the quote, they started the jobs. I was then sent a letter to say they had 'missed' quoting for the lower back roof (roof over kitchen!) and wanted another $752! I was given a quote to re-roof the garage then they asked for another $421. I was given an estimate for the storm water separation of $1,406 then got the bill saying it was $3,100! The quote was in October 2006 and they finished in April 2007"

    "They couldn't do the job right the first time, had to come back to complete required work, and was billed twice for labour, mileage and work. Would never recommend them. Could have purchased new toilet and had installed for cheaper than the cost for them to repair the pan and fit toilet to the floor. Disputed this issue wiith the firm who were not responsive, received a minor discount but not sufficient to warrent the work done."
