"They fixed a PSP for me, recieved it back within 2 days of sending it. Unfortunately the new screen had a dead pixel. I immediately sent an email asking if there was anything the could do, I got a reply within minutes apologising and agreeing to replace the screen again for me. In the industry a certain amount of dead pexels are acceptable, so they were in there rights not to replace th screen. Again recieved the PSP back within a couple of days. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT COMMUNICATIONS. Very happy… with service"
