  "Stuart helped us so much. We had very tricky international issues which I\'m sure cause him a headache but he didn\'t complain or give up, rather he went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal. What was invaluable was he was available at a moments notice to discuss any issue we had. He has a great talent for explaining tricky topics simply without making you feel stupid for not understanding. This was such a relief as we knew basically nothing about purchasing a property in NZ so… without his advice we would have found the process a nightmare. His advice was invaluable to us from start to finish. Acutally we initial called him in to help us buy quite an unusual house we had seen which was old and a bit run down. At no stage did he discourage us from buying it but rather gave us so much needed advice on the NZ market and areas and general property investing here. We really thought about his words and realised we needed to rethink the type of investment property we wanted to buy. We realised we had been looking at a property we\'d like to live in rather than what would make a good investment. I can\'t tell you how glad we are that we dodged a bullet not buying that first place. Because of Stuarts advice we very quickly narrow down what we were looking for in a investment, what area and how much we could afford. All of a sudden the process became very easy and we found a place within a few weeks that fit exactly what we required. We have ended up with a fantastic long term investment with a great yield and couldn\'t be happier. And Stuart stuck with us through every second of our purchase. His service was amazing to be honest. We really fell on our feet using Stuart as our mortgage broker. We more than highly recommend Stuart and will be using his services again."
