  "Be aware warranty’s are a problem.
  It’s always the way YOU have used chemicals. They don’t back their product with a manufacturer warranty. Cheap Chinese units. "

  "good contact right from first visit toi the shop, i cant have any complaints about the service , as to value i have nothing to measure it by hence my 50%. a good expereince that would make me think seriously when buying another pool to come to these guys."

  "Comments relate to an ongoing (usually fortnightly) service for the last eight months, with occasion \"please help\" call-outs. Friendly, competent and prompt service every time. Additionally, their product prices are significantly less expensive than those of similar companies. Definitely not cowboys!"

  "Bruce and I have never met. Nevertheless when I had an issue with my spa pool (just the second in 5 years) Bruce had my details and information, had an idea of the problem before he saw it, visited the spa pool and removed the faulty bits, managed a third party to fix/replace some bits and got the spa back and working within a few dasy (despite parts/work coming out of AUckland). He was polite and respectful, told me no lies, did everything he said he would and completed the job superbly. I… look forward to dealing with Paremata Spa and Pool in 5 years time! Thanks Bruce"
